Complete the online visa application via Belgium's VisaOnWeb portal. Print and sign final PDF (3 copies) and note VOW reference number.
Proof of Administrative (Contribution) Fee Payment
Proof of bank payment of the administrative contribution (≈€236). Use the exact payment reference format (Name Firstname Nationality DateOfBirth) as requested by FPS Home Affairs.
Blocked Account / Solvency Certificate (University)
VitalOfficial certificate from university confirming you deposited the required living expenses (blocked account or equivalent). Recommended over private sponsorship.

Apostilled copies of previous diplomas/degrees where required by university or visa office. Use MEA apostille/e-Sanad for Indian documents.

Secure University Admission & Blocked Account
Accept your offer and arrange the blocked-account / university solvency transfer (usually €10,000–€13,000 or per university instructions). Obtain an official Solvency Certificate from the institution or bank.
